Workin' two jobs doesn't leave much time for drawin' comics. And yet, here we are again.
New brush and new paper!Same ink, though. I picked up a pack of Fanboy Comic Book Boards and a real sable hair brush. I've got a lot more variation with that brush, and the paper takes the ink like a champ. It goes on smooth, so there's less grain than before. Plus, it's blue-lined, so I've got a template to set up my panels! This solves a huge problem; Strathmore boards tend to be cut kinda crooked, and as nice as the paper is, I find it really hard to make a right angle on crooked paper. Working on this stock is waaaay better. So's the new brush.
